  I ask how many channels is this nvr they answer was up to 36 channels but I got the nvr is only 8 channels

  I have attached pictures for your record; the NVR model you ordered it take 36 channels. I Updated the listing with more pictures so you can see that it takes up to 36 channels. you have ordered 5 NVRs, maybe they ship you one NVR 8 channels by mistake, i am not sure, but you could of return it. and we will replace, but the NVR again has 36 channels capability.
