My 'go to' bait
In early spring with water temps between 40 and 60 degrees, this is my go to jerkbait although I'll throw it all year long in any conditions. As murky as the water is that I fish, one wouldn't think color would be very important, so I try to throw other colors as well but I always seem to get back to the TableRock Shad. With 8 fish 5# plus. 4 of which were over 6# and 2 over 7#, which for Missouri are some pretty nice fish, it is definitely one of my top confidence baits.

Big calendar for big family.
Have been using this size calendar for 30 years now. With 6 kids and the wife and I both being from large families, keeping schedules, activities, birthdays, anniversaries, Dr appointments and other assorted important dates in one centralized location (the kitchen wall) for all to see has been an absolute must.

Good stuff here!
After spending many years out in the sun, from work to fishing, yard work/gardening, having a pool, the effects of Old Sol on my skin has been pretty dramatic. Oh, I’d wear sunscreen at the beach to keep from getting toasted, but it’s the normal every day exposure that’s taken it’s toll. I use this stuff every day after showering, arms, legs, neck and torso and it has really helped alleviate the effects of all that abuse and has reduced the amount of bumps and solar keratosis I’ve been experiencing. Don’t get me wrong, my skin ain’t baby-ass smooth and I’m still makin’ annual skin screening trips to the dermo, still battling basal cel carcinomas, having occasional Mohs surgery for removal of same, but at least my skin ain’t like baseball glove leather which it was turning into. Hell, this is even the stuff my tattooist recommended for conditioning my ink. Buying it in quantity like this has saved me some bucks, get’n it right as opposed to a bottle at a time ‘cause I use the stuff up. I highly recommend.
