Great product found nowhere else!

It allows getting to exactly the right temperature, which mtbbe different for different purposes, and is comfortable to hold and handle. Price was right and this item could not be found in any stores. Thanks again eBay for saving the day!

Great Decaf espresso!!!
We have been looking for this product for a while and were thrilled to see it come up in our favorite discount store, eBay. Taste is excellent and is great for us older guys whole love a good coffee but can't drink caffeine anymore.

Good contents, case not so great.
The stand kit includes everything one needs. HOWEVER, when I put it all into the Light Portable Carry Bag, and zipped it closed, the zipper latch came right off the first time I used it. I am now paying someone to fix the zipper so the case can be used. The fact that it all fit into a case that was way smaller and more manageable than my Voyager case was the reason I bought it so to have the case become immediately unusable was very distressing. AND the great deal that I thought this was, to include the light and everything, became less of a deal now that I'll have to pay someone to fix the zipper on the case, which was a very important reason for my purchase.
