HK Army TFX Loader is the best
the HK Army TFX is a hopper built for a competitive user, but simple enough for a recreational player.
Its internals that are similar in characteristics of a rotor, vlocity, pinokio/fasta, virtue, and prophecy which are all outstanding hoppers also, some for a more affordable price at the cost of new features or convenience.
The TFX just take all the best aspects of these and packages it into one durable, low profile shell.
The lids are easily changeable and conveniently large to handle offset paint loading during stressful conditions.
It also has a spring loaded ball elevator in the front half to fill the hopper to its shape yet guide the paintballs into the feed system with eas.
The hopper is absolutely able to keep up to 23bps with almost any style of play. But It will not feed as fast as the rotor because the feed system is not as aggressive; it is more accommodating to prevent jams than to have the highest top end speed. It also has a tension adjustment and only uses 2 batteries when operating on any paintball or rubberized rounds which simply cannot be overlooked because some hoppers are absolute battery eaters, this one is definitely not.
Also, keep in mind that the ball holding capacity for this hopper is about 1 and a half full sized 140 rd pods, so about 210 paintballs will load in one fill. This means you can fit more paint with less space than its competitors but without compromising with a load hopper or one that sticks out like a target and i'm fully confident jams wont occur.
As the first generation hopper from HK Army, the TFX is seemingly here to give the competitors a run.
These things also hold its value, so I sold my old gear and bought two of these in different colors.
If you have the budget, I highly recommend buying this hopper. If not, look into alternatives that have been released such as the Z2, rotor v3, pinokio/fasta, or other viewloader/halo/empire loaders which work great but have their faults here and there.
