Good & Bad
2 von 6 finden das hilfreich I like the styling, solar & atomic timekeeping aspects of the watch but there are 2 issues that drop my rating to 3 stars. First & foremost is that for many years I've been using my watches alarm function rather than an alarm clock. The alarm volume on this watch is so low that it's useless. I'm even a light sleeper & it's almost inaudible when I'm awake. Now I'm forced into using an alarm clock which doesn't make me happy after having spent more on this watch than any other watch I've ever owned. The second issue I have with the resin band. I have small wrists & have never liked resin bands but hoped that Casio was putting a more comfortable band on a pricier watch. Well, I tried it for several days & if you have a small wrist it's no better fitting or more comfortable than the cheap plastic band on a no name watch. I won't go into the specifics other than to say if you've used resin bands in the past & been less than pleased with them you won't be any more pleased with this one. But if you're satisfied with them, you'll be happy with this one too. FYI, I had a new, spare, $8, generic, black velcro band that I'd planned to use on my old watch, so I tried it on this watch & it works great. It looks decent & you'd have to know that the watch originally came with a different band to pick up on it's being a replacement. Still, for me, the alarm killed my enthusiasm for the watch.

Not Sure It's Worth It
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich At this point I can't say it's worth it. It was easy enough to install but I ended up reusing the original screws. I tried using the 3 rubber stakes that came with it but it's all but impossible to get all 3 in without ruining at least 1 (even after removing the hard drive). My problem with this fan is that after a couple of days it began making a little noise. Not as bad as the original fan but I'm not feeling very confident that I won't need to replace this one soon too.

If you like soft rubber!
I've owned this style Speck case for other Apple products & prefer them over hard plastic/rubber type cases. The biggest drawback is that they tend to attract lint but that obviously doesn't bother me. A big plus is that you can more easily add a tempered glass screen protector without having interference issues due to the thickness of the glass.
