Best version
This is the best version of the holiday classic because Sim's Scrooge is so good, and it follows the book closely. The restored transfer looks great, as well.

Blue Jays is as strong as any Moody Blues album.
My wife has always been Moody Blues fan, but had never heard Blue Jays. I had this recording on vinyl since the 1970s, but she had never heard it. This sounds like a later MB album, but with the orchestra arrangements from the album that may their reputation. Strong melodies, good guitar work, and plenty of the over-the-top bombast typical of the group. It was fun playing a "new" Moody Blues album for my wife.

A flexible amp
