Exactly what was needed
It's important to understand the differences among RAM modules and buy the ones needed by your system. In this case the Dell T7400 required ECC RAM and that's what I got (and what was represented as being sold). I sometimes see people complaining about"the RAM not working" but it's usually the case that they misread what was being sold (couldn't use ECC but bought it not realizing it wouldn't work in their system). As noted, the RAM modules worked as advertised and made a huge difference!
