  The package arrived on time. However, due to insufficient packing and filling, the product box inside was torn.The entire pack with the products was meant to be a single collector’s piece, and it was aesthetically damaged, which is an unnecessary loss. I don’t think the seller had bad intentions, but it wasn’t carefully thought through for this type of item. Technically, what I received doesn’t match the photos in the listing. I was also not provided with any partial compensation by the seller.
