Not built to last.

i like the coffemaker and have had two but the first one lasted a year only and the second one lasted less than a month. The coffeemaker steams so much that I suspect that it shorts out the circuit board. Delonghi needs to use one in their R&D office and then trouble shoot in when it breaks and work out the bugs on future units. That's $200 spent in just over a year and now i have to spend another $100 to get something that will last.

Battery not available in the States

Please note that this does not accept the standard 18v Dewalt battery. It is setup for the newer style battery and the 12v one I have doesn’t fit it and I am skeptical to purchase a new 20v in the event it does not fit either.
