Carbs and cals
Plenty of content but too large to take out. Recommended by diabetic nurse.

Sandisk drive
Haven't used it other than check that it works. First impression it's a decent drive and very small size. The loop to hang it on is rather small.

Sanus VLT5 TV mount
It’s a fairly good mount but it’s far too bulky and the TV sticks a long way off the wall. The bottom retaining latches barely engage and don’t look very secure. The box it came in was good and has a useful template for the screw holes and has a mixed selection of bracket to TV screws. It also has a mini spirit level and a joist finder but I didn’t find them that useful. It could be better and it’s not cheap.
