I am Legend ( DVD )
This is a slick movie with CGI generated enemies who are intent on eating anything and anyone who is out after dark !.
Will Smith is a fine actor who turns his skills on being the sole normal human survivor on our planet, which has seen everyone killed off by a rampant mutated bug created originally to benefit all humankind. Oh dear though ! It goes wrong and what we are left with is Will Smith's character ( and his faithful dog )who survive and live in the hope of somehow righting the wrong and hopefully find other normal people who may have been immune to the mutant bug.
Action, hope and tears accompany us as we watch Will strut his stuff as he looms large above all others in this solid movie.
I hope the world doesn't really end like that for real when ever the end comes ......... but you never know ?

Draper Staples
Draper is known as being a good make. These staples fitted my Stanley Stapler perfectly and performed well when using them to secure the seat strapping to my conservatory settee. They are better value too.

Rocky Balboa (DVD)
"It ain't over 'till it's over", says Rocky in this the final film of the Rocky series.
Stallone, who has aged like a fine but 'rough' wine gives a tremendous performance. There is a poignancy and a touch of sadness underpinning Rocky's final attempt to be the fighter that he is.
His character throughout the series of films, has captured the hearts of and inspired so many people to believe in themselves and their own abilities. In this film he again presses this message towards those of us who are the wrong side of 50. But then, there is not a 'wrong side' to being a mature age, and Rocky Balboa leads the way and shows us the truth of this and finally the way to personal triumph.
It was a fitting end!.
