Great on looks. So so on function
It is a Baby Bootie so it is more for show. There is no flexibility so it is not easy to put on my daughter's foot, but it is soft and she is ok with it once it is on. Don't expect it to be an everyday shoe, but it is fine for game day or picture occasions.

Replace=DIY vs Rebuild=Professional. Simply a no brainer.
It is a little early to really judge the quality but it's changed out and works fine. You really just can't beat the value. By replacing the carburetor rather than rebuilding most people could do it yourself. It is tedious, at least for someone with big fingers to get the hoses back on but was relatively simple. Just remember to close the choke by hand when you pull the old one out or it will catch. The only negative I have is that it would have been nice if they would have told the suggested adjustment for the fuel/air mix. It does not idle well but I assume that I can fix that when I get a chance to adjust the set screws on the side. When it comes to $21 compared to probably $200 or more to stick it in the shop for the float sticking, I can live with having to restart it if I sit it down between cuts.
