The Count of Monte Cristo (Penguin Clothbound Classics) by Dumas, Alexandre

Fantastic book

Dumas is my favorite author and this is one of his best works. This translation is excellent. It's long but if you read an abridged version you'll miss the full flavor of Dumas' book. The book is well-bound and the print is easy on the eyes. Highly recommend this book.

The Four Musketeers (DVD, 1998)

Great movie

Absolutely the best version of The Three Musketeers(the second half of the book). It's the closest in spirit to the story.
