THE.ONE.
My family (with 5 kids!) had the beige one while I was growing up I'm 35 now and the same Rubbermaid step stool is with us 5 moves across states and all these years later. Not a "looker" by any means, but it always gets the job done. Study, light enough for kids to carry, doesn't slip all over the floor. This is THE.ONE. Stop searching, you found it.
Now I bought one for my family, and I couldn't be happier.
