Awesome Classic Full Frame Lens
This is a very well made and smooth functioning full frame lens. It has a very solid feel. Fully integrates with my Pentax K1. There are other detailed reviews about this lens on the web, such as by Ken Rockwell. For what you will pay for a good used example, it's a great investment.

Bower M42 to Pentax K Mount Adapter - It works, but buy the Official Pentax Adapter
This product is well made and "works," but after buying and using it I learned that it is typical for the 3-party M42 adapters get jammed in your Pentax camera, and you need to use more than just some finesse to get the adapter out of the camera body. In my experience, when removing the lens & adapter assembly from the camera body, the lens will unscrew from the adapter before the adapter will unclick from the camera body. Yes, I'm pressing in the lens release button on the camera body when I'm trying to remove the adapter, but the lens is fast to unsrew from the body before the adapter unclicks. Then you need to use a tool to get the adapter out of the camera body. This takes time and exposes the inside of your camera to dust. In surfing the web to ascertain what, if anything, I was doing wrong, I learned that this is a problem common to the 3-party M42/PK adapters. Oh well. It was cheap enough.

PENTAX Takumar 55mm F/2 - Old School Lens - gives you a great look and feel.
I purchased this lens and a Fotasy M42 Screw Lens to Micro 4/3 Adapter to fit it to my Olympus E-M1. The converter worked great, and the set-up gives great shots that are fun to take because there are no automatic controls. I just screwed the lens into the adapter, snapped the adapted into my camera, and clicked away. At the wide-open aperture settings, the Bokeh Balls are round, and they turn into hexs after a few stops. The only draw back with this set-up on a M4/3 is the focal length is at least 100mm, if not more because of the length of the adapter. I don't know the data, but its apparent your shooting with a lens longer than 100mm. Its still a fun and worthwhile set-up. Enjoy.
