Fitting safety harness requiring a 7/16" UNF locknut ? Forget nylocs and shakeproof washers these will do the job without fear of deterioration due to fuel,oil or acid contamination .

Silver strings silver tone
I bought these with the intention of using them on an Epiphone Les Paul concert ukele as the original were rubbish even after an action and intonation set up . I used the G-E from the set and tuned it to low G and was amazed at the transformation in sound .
For those who play wound strings on an acoustic guitar you will find the feel very similar with this combination when traversing to your uke . If you like to overdrive your amp with gain or a pedal you will love the effects from the wound strings . A rocking out ukele ? Oh yes !!!!!

Laser 2606 Brake Spanner
Nothing fancy here just a good robust tool that actually fits the brake fittings with minimal clearance to allow even corroded fittings to be undone with ease . The heads are large and do not flex . The grip is nice and wide and great for arthritis sufferers like me. I thought the larger head may be a tight squeeze in some areas but have just gone over a small old Japanese car from front to rear with no problem , just simply angling the head slightly to clear a casting on the master cylinder . I can see this lasting a lifetime which is great as I have an 18 year old son who keeps "borrowing" my tools !
