Useful for light purposes.
Being able to fold the reacher is useful for carrying and storing. I keep this in my car to reach into the deeper recesses of the boot.
The tip is soft rubber (or similar) which gives good grip on small items, but you cannot apply much force to hold bigger things, due to the working ratio of the mechanism (small trigger movement).
The button in the middle of the arm should hold it open, but fails so that it folds under gravity, so you have to hold it the other way up.
The flashlight function quickly died due to the wires breaking off when folded. So I removed the wires and fitted a switch on the gripper to avoid this happening again.

A Very Useful Toolcase When You Are Going Up The Wall.
Good medium sized belt bag for safely carrying small tools and nails and screws etc, particularly when going up a ladder, but you may also need a holster for your big power drill, as this bag is not deep.
I also use one of these as an active case for my drone, keeping batteries and things close at hand, and holding it level when configuring the gyro and calibrating the trim.
