Book about fasting and staying healthy
I read this book in 90ies, my friend borrowed it to me-it was really revolutionary book! I never read anything like that about fasting, how important it is for the body to get rid of toxins in order to stay healthy and live longer. At that time I couldn't speak English and I read the book im my mother tongue, but I always wanted to read in original language it was written. I really recommend it to everyone!
