Not expecting the printing
Although these clipboards are shown blank in the picture, mine actually came with the words "Xin Qi" and some Chinese characters, as well as part numbers or something imprinted in gold ink in the left hand bottom corner of each clipboard. That isn't a huge deal, but I wasn't expecting that and it was a little annoying.
Also, these boards need a different design to the clip because the clip is very strong and the board is relatively small and thin and you practically bend the board backwards trying to open the clip. It needs the type of clip that you squeeze at the top so that it opens the clip at the bottom without putting so much stress on the board.
The workmanship is not that great either, since one of the boards came with one side of the clip completely detached.
They were cheap enough that I was willing to take a chance, but once they have all broken, I will get something sturdier next time.

Perfect size for my small business
This small sales order book is the perfect size for my small home jewelry-party business without containing a lot of fields that I don't need. The only thing I would add would be a space for the customer's phone number, because I would like to be able to call a client quickly with a question about their order without having to look up their number. Other than that, the quality is very good and I got it delivered to my door for the same price that I would pay to pick it up myself from the lowest-cost office supply store near my home.

Perfect for small spaces!
I bought 2 of these... One to fit between my washer and the wall, and the other to store clothes that needed dry cleaning inside my closet. The size is perfect for small spaces! The items shipped quickly and I am very pleased.
