  DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SELLER. I’m not sure if it’s a scam tactic, or straight up incompetence. About a month ago, he “shipped the card to the wrong person”, he then assured me that he would fix the issue, and after checking in multiple times (he gave me ZERO progress updates), the card never showed up after he told me it was shipped to me. He has since ghosted me completely. Inexperienced and awful seller, probably too young to be on eBay.

  Unfortunately the seller sent me the card damaged. I still wanted to keep the card as it wasn’t severe but the fair thing to do would be to give me a partial refund. Gave him 2 weeks to do it in which he agreed to issue the refund and he completely ghosted me. This person is not prepared to sell on eBay so my advice would be to avoid all items for sale from this seller until he can develop a long history of positive transactions.
