Special Battery for Bulova Accutron Watches (Accucell)
The Bulova Accutron was manufactured to run on mercury batteries of the day that are unavailable now because of their mercury content. The replacement batteries are silver oxide batteries which put out more voltage than the original mercury batteries. The accucell battery marries a silver oxide battery to a device which reduces the voltage to approximate the voltage of the old mercury batteries. It works, and the Bulova Accutrons run much more accurately using the Accucell Battery. I would recommend the Accucell battery to anyone whose Accutron watches do not run accurately with a silver oxide replacement battery.

Sangean PRD-5 Radio, a Great AM/FM Stereo Radio
It works just like it's supposed to. It has digital tuning and receives RDS. I like being able to listen through the built in speakers in stereo without having to plug in a headset.

A great AM/FM portable radio for the size
The FM band is particularly hot picking up distant stations and sounding well. The AM band is not bad either. The speaker has great tone. Six "C" batteries give long life when operated on batteries.
