It's a cake eyeliner and hard to find in the stores. They are pushing the liquid eyeliner now. I think the liquid eyeliner is hard looking on most women and particularly women over 50. The cake eyeliner is much softer looking.

Wrong Item!
I was sent the wrong color. I was sent an ivory and cream colored runner. I was then told they were out of stock on the burgundy color I wanted.
