A great smoker that easily produces a ton of smoke.
While the physical design of this isn't ideal for storage it's obviously need to be designed this way to make it work so well. So I just put it back in the box every time to store it. As far as ease to use and smoke producing, yes this is an awesome product. It creates a lot of smoke and is just so easy to use. I read one review that stated they couldn't get their smoke flavor on the meat. Well that's on you and the technique you use. This creates great smoke. I primarily use it for smoking cocktails and a smoking old fashioned. I'm even trying to make smoke bubbles. I also had a steak and pumped the smoke through the hole in the side of the grill. Then while resting the ribeye I covered it in foil and ran the smoke tube under the foil. For me that worked well enough. A great product. Enjoy.
