  The item arrived better then described, and well packaged. There was an issue with the the delivery which was totally down to Royal Mail trying to deliver to the wrong address. But the seller was very helpfully in getting resolved. With the additional items included with the item it was great value for money. And the seller is still supporting my while I get to grips with the using the tool.

  Perfect for parts as described, there seem to be 3x T420's in there that I can't use but I will see if I can build a unit out of them lol. More than happy with the T410 bits, these are parts I need and use. Great seller with fantastic comms, packaged well and fast delivery. Great value as when the bits are cleaned up people still need them for refurbs etc (ref the T420's). I am happy here, a nice transaction!

  Great buying experience, the seller was kind enough to install Linux for me and shipped the item promptly. The item was exactly as described and it was fairly priced. The item was packaged securely and arrived just fine.

  Very helpful, despite RM diverting package, seller kept communicating till it was received, having rang prior to despatch, checking that the car was compatible, has given number for any problems, highly recommend, pc excellent as well, bonus. 5 stars
