Great Product!
Did a lot of research about this product and if you read about the herbalist Li Ching-Yuen, whether or not you believe how long he lived the one fact is that he lived a long life and this is something mentioned along with Hi-Fo Ti (hopefully for that right). Of course this is only in my opinion and from my experiences in my journey of life but I’ve felt a lot better since adding this to my regiment. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to regain their health.

Stresscare is the best Ayurvedic formulation ever :)
I absolutely love this product - it has made its way into my daily regimen and will likely not go anywhere. At first, I started taking it due to high cortisol levels (ashwaganda helps to regulate the adrenal glands, reducing the negative effects of cortisol) - I only took it in the mornings before an anticipated stressful day; but then a friend of mine suggested trying it in the evening, so I did. Lo and behold, I found it to be a wonderful post-dinner/pre-bedtime neuro-relaxant! The only reason I will choose to forego this wonderful supplement is if I am avoiding nightshades...
