Go Smurf HEAROS!
I live in a noisy neighborhood and can't sleep without earplugs. Used to use the regular tan Hearos but they weren't doing it for me anymore, seem to lose their rigidity by morning (when it gets louder), and other foam earplugs are way worse. These blue guys are better.
