Great product!
The price looked attractive for the features available. the whole package (Camera, software, etc.) are all good. It's been good so far!

Light Weight, but less than half functional
The Unit I purchased was refurbished. The Handheld Is powerful and light weight. The Suction Port is awkward and needs getting-used-to. This model does not include the attachments.
The Stick attachment is light and the pivoting is useful. The Buttons for turning-on the vacuum and the brush do not work all the time and is frustrating at times. Needs the handheld to be re-seated, before it works, most of the time.
