  Gear came as described. Very good quality. Fit on shaft snug. Used a hammer with small amount a force to install. Has been working perfectly. I didn’t use the rivets that were sent. They were way too long for the rv5003. I used 3/8” long x 3/16” aluminum rivets.

  Good quality, arrived in good condition, looks and fit well. It's a little expensive but I couldn't find another source and a new cord reel is much more than the repair parts.
