Reuse old laptop hard drives with clear cases.

This hard drive case is well made and the 2.5 inch hard drive fitted perfectly with no excess movement. It comes with a protective clear film which I personally keep on to reduce scratching. The benefits of a clear case is that you know at a glance the size, name and type hard drive you want to use. I bought four of these cases as I had old, slow laptops ready to throw away, so I took out their sata hard drives, put them into the clear cases and now have four fantastic, cheap external hard drives.

A quality camera.

This is a very good camera, but it froze once or twice and I had to take out the battery, but having said that I still love it. Has a good quality feel about it and I am looking forward to taking it to the swimming pool soon. Gav

Lightweight Remote Control for Sony RDR-HXD970

The remote is very light to use. Feels good in the hand, but the joint of the remote all the way around had a sharp edge which I had to use a nail file to smooth off. The plastic is not as well moulded as more expensive remotes, but if it works as well then that is what counts. The buttons perform well and do their job, so I would recommend this remote for the price.
