Excellent story, poor book quality with pages falling out.
I love the story! But the book I was sent is so old that the pages are falling out, making it very hard to read.

Carnivale
This was one of my favorite shows when it was on HBO. The story is unlike any other and the characters are complex and interesting. Unlike most drama series, this one was scary as well as gritty. Although the stories are completely different, I compare the quality of the production to Deadwood, another HBO series. It is set in the US during the Great Depression, and the realism and historical accuracy of the sets, wardrobe, dialogue, etc. was amazing. I have always wanted to own the series, and now that it is reasonably priced, I do!
