Great special effects, action and, as always, the beautiful scenery of Norway.
We love Scandinavian TV and movies and were familiar with most of the actors in this movie. I just happened to notice this DVD when looking for something else, so I thought since we have liked most everything made in Norway this would be a treat being the first disaster movie made in Norway. We were not disappointed. The scenery, of course, was breathtaking, but the quality of the movie was just as good, if not better, than any disaster movie made in the U.S. The character development and special effects met, if not exceeded, our expectations. The DVD also includes extra features showing the making of the movie, which is always a nice bonus. Looking forward to "The Quake" which is being released in March for another great Norwegian disaster film.

Great movie about the love between friends and brothers and how far they are willing to go to protect that bond.
