Good for what it is
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Surprised at the color rendition, actually. The film is well suited to the range of human flesh tones. Given that you are probably taking pictures of people, close up, this is a very good thing. I am pleasantly surprised at how well humans are rendered.

This is for you, if you are a grandparent or a noncustodial dad
Thisnis a very good product for a grandparent or noncustodial father who wants to be more of a presence in a young child’s life. There are a million internet ways to communicate. This is the old school path, which, as it happens, is extremely powerful.
Take your film camera, shoot 35 mm transparency (I.e slide) film. When you send out for developing, specify that you don’t want the film cut or mounted as slides. Instead, you mount the image ina Radex viewer. Write the story of the picture, shrink in down on a copying machine and print it on a label...which you affix to the outside of the Radex.
Kids process and reprocess and then reprocess again. They won’t throw this away. This is magic. It’s history,
Slide film is expensive, and processing, and mailing. None of this is as cheap as the internet. But.... kids don’t keep the internet in a box on their shelf, in their bedrooms, to look at, late at night.
