Is it still being made?
I have used it previously and it was very good. We have had our roof tiles changed and the dust and dirt plus moss made a mess of it. It gave a wet look finish which lasted well until the reroofing. Our problem was that none of the DIYstores stocked it. The application is very easy with a roller on a long handle and the second coat can be applied fairly soon after.
