Good quality, not a great deal for me
Good quality sprayer and hose. Good construction. I purchased this item because I thought I could find a 3 way valve for cheap and just hook it up myself. I was wrong! This plus finding the 3 way valve was the same price as the nicer kits and the 3 way is not the same quality I would have gotten.
Again, this is a solid product if this is all you need but unless you don't need the valve at all its not really as good of a deal as it looks.

Great bands and price!
Excellent quality bands, seem to be exactly the same as rogue's or other expensive brands. Much cheaper. I have used them for everything from band pull exercises to pull ups to added resistance on weights and they work great. Would and most likely will buy again!
