  stated that this was a brand new item unopened, received it and was unboxed and opened. Reached out to seller and she told me that by the picture it showed opened, that I should have known that. Seller stated that she received two and her description stated it was it was unboxed and unopened. I would have thought if seller had two the unopened and unboxed one would be what would have been sent. I would not have bought this item if it didn't say unboxed and unopen. I have screen print to prove
