Leading trade item!
As any professional hairdresser will tell you this is a leading product within the trade. To my knowledge this is also the cheapest available on ebay. It does what it says on the tin!

Wooden handle, s/steel sheaf, good spring in the bristles after several paint jobs. Highly D !!
I bought these brushes some time ago & used them several times. At this price in this modern, throw away society, these would probably have been binned but cleaned & back in their original holder, these quality brushes will last for several more years. Comments from an experienced decorator.
