Could be much better
The bushings are okay. The shackles are thinner than oem. The shackle bolt threads stripped when tightened to factory specs. Very soft material. The other bolts and sleeves seem to be okay, too.

It works, with a few tweeks.
It's just okay. The screw heads are too small. They will spread apart the split blade wire terminals that came on the original wiring harness, causing them to fall off the switch terminals.. You'll need to add some flat washers to the screws, to make the clamping area larger, so the screws can be tightened down enough to work. The bezel that holds the switch to the dash cowl, isn't deep enough to hold switch tight to the sheet metal. it bottoms out before the switch is held in place. I was able to use the one from my old switch, plus another thin washer, to make it work. Having not seen the other switches available for sale, I can't say if this is any better than them, but it sure could be designed better than it is.

Fixed the leak
Fixed the leaky valve cover. Old gasket was rock hard and no longer sealing. Onan wants too much for these little gaskets, but what else can you do? New gasket is moderately thick and compresses well to seal the valve cover.
