  I've purchased from this seller before, so I knew that I could make this purchase with complete confidence. The price for the kit and the shipping costs were so reasonable, I just couldn't pass this one up, not to mention that I was excited to see this kit on ebay. The seller carefully wrapped the kit for safe delivery, which I really appreciated. The kit was new with all contents included. I can highly recommend this seller and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks so much

  Item was as described. The seller informed me stickers were never included by the manufacturer which I was not aware of and that was poor research on my part. As well as the boxes condition is solely due to ups and how they handled the package during shipping. This unfortunately is rather common with mail carriers and I neglectfully over looked that. But, due to the damage the seller was nice enough to give me a partial refund and was very nice and understanding about it. I would purchase again.

  This kit did not come from the manufacturer with the stickers mentioned. This information is verified by the company website. UPS damaged the box during shipping. It was in perfect new condition when I mailed it. I provided the buyer a 33% partial refund as compensation for the box damaged by UPS.

  The seller was not forthcoming about two flaws with the item. One: numbers were handwritten on the packaging. Granted that was a company mistake, but it should have been listed in the item description. 2: The “original unopened packaging” is in fact opened and missing part of the box - therefore keeping it from closing. Thiswas overpriced to begin with and with holding those two flaws makes this even worse. If you plan to buy - ASK questions or be prepared to not get exactly what you hoped for.

  All of these kits had mislabeled drill packs for the month of January. I corrected them per the manufacturer's instructions to help the buyers. I also took $10 off for a missing flap on the exterior box. I offered to refund this item in full upon return. I offered an additional $5 discount (for a total of 27% off) for the missing flap on the exterior box. The buyer refused all options. They are mad that they missed a big sale at the store and now have to pay more to get this item plus shipping.

  It was packaged very well! It was shipped out very quickly! I highly recommend buying from them!
