Absolute Garbage
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this product as it has excellent reviews throughout online vendors, auto forums, etc. Wasted my money and almost ruined my Akebono calipers.
For one, the color was not purple- more a fuchsia or lavender color. I can deal with that as minor color variations in paint is to be expected. Mixed the product per enclosed instructions, waited 5 minutes, then mixed again. Product never uniformly mixed. As I started painting the caliper the paint became a gloppy mess both on the cheap brush and on the caliper. The contents in the can had little globs of "gunk" appear that would not fully dissolve.
Perhaps I received a bad batch, who knows. The date code on the box was very recent so I know it was fresh. Outside ambient temperature- in the shade- was in the 60's with very low humidity; perfect weather conditions for painting. All I know is that for me and my application this product is a major fail. Oh well, you win some and you lose some- fact of life.
