Good but very gritty
The flavor of these Porcini's is good, but we had to double to triple rinse them to get all the soil out once they were re-hydrated. Had they taken more care when harvesting this wouldn't be as much of an issue. All mushrooms need a good rinse, but these by far needed 3 times the rinsing as morels, hen of the woods, or any others we use.

smudges up a lot with fingerprints
This glass type screen smudges up a lot with fingerprints, I think my old plastic type screen was a lot better.
