Replacement Seiko Kinetic 5M63 Capacitor
Fitted my old Seiko Kinetic watch perfectly, although installation is a little frustrating as the tiny screws holding the capacitor in place are difficult to remove, easy to lose and fiddly to refit. Doing the job myself probably saved me over £100 and my old watch is now likely to continue running precisely accurately for at least another 10 years.

Good value, effective safety alarm.
This was to replace an identical one I had previously which only failed after 11 years in use. The new one clipped onto the original baseplate, so there was no need for new screw fixings. The original one had a 9v battery, but the new one has 2no 1.5v AA batteries, so it remains to be seen whether they will have similar battery life. Having the two types of alarm in one unit is very neat and the alarm warnings are very loud and clear.
