Easily beats both the full face mask and the nasal pillow in comfort and functionality.
I've had my cpap machine for 5 months, started out with a full face mask that leaked everywhere unless I strapped it painfully tight, it made my skin break out like crazy. I switched to a nasal pillow, that was a great improvement, but it was still prone to leaks and it still irritated my upper lip.
This thing is almost entirely leak proof, it doesn't irritate my skin as much because there is a lot less direct skin contact needed, and It stays in place much better when I turn in my sleep. It's a lot more comfortable than the other options, so I don't plan on ever switching back!
