Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Lens
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich It's a reasonably sharp lens through most of its focal range, and has low CA, and the IS works well. However, it is cheaply built, with a rotating front and no distance scale, and no lens hood included. (The Nikon AF-S 70-300 is much better value.) I paid a reasonably good price here on eBay buying it used. The new price Canon charges for it is way too high for what you get.

Works pretty well if you can't get the Canon original
Generally, it works perfectly. Every once in a while you have to jiggle the lens a little bit to get the contacts engaged.
It also has a removable tripod mount. Once you remove that, it is a very light 80 grams.
