  I guess it's not entirely the sellers fault the pic matches the card I received but the description is not of the card I received. I bought this to complete a set but realized when I got it that it was not the dragon vault series card that the headliner/description said it was. But the shipping was fast it the card packaged well it was probably an honest mistake it was just a big let down..
