  This has been an absolute nightmare. I bought this on Dec 20 seller didn't even reach out to me until the 28 to say they made a mistake and listed it as buy it now on accident. They said they refunded me and never did. eBay says I need to wait until the 2nd to even start the refund process. The seller then said they sent me tracking and they didn't send a valid number or update with ebay. I'm so confused. A good seller would honor the deal or at least have contacted me immediately!

  A 93 yr old perfect ebayer of 30 yrs, shame on you. We sent refunds with ebay assistance 4 times, then they were supp. to send, u never called them as instructed, then her card got charged for it, you have a refund, nightmare? Wow. Pls be kind and remove that fdbk. It would be the proper thing to do. I'll call ebay again about the matter. TY for making it right if you have the dignity to do so.

  Bought this item as a BIN and paid promptly. Seller cancelled the transaction and refunded my money with no explanation; even after I reached out to them. Saw this relisted later as an auction where they sold for a higher price. The least they could have done was respond to my inquiry. Needless to say I was quite disappointed with the whole transaction. ☹️

  We never relisted it at a higher price. We did everything, but there will always be people we don't understand. It's not how we operate in this stressful world, being mean and unkind. Oh, well, hope you're happy with yourselves. Peace. My mom wants no more communication with this type of stress.

  When I saw your listing for a Princess Grace Maddie Mod doll, original box and assorted outfits, I just had to have her. My late mother gave me this same doll and similar outfits back in 1967 when I was 7 years old. I remember how happy I was to receive her and how I loved her cool outfits, which also fit my Barbie and Francie dolls. I am now 64 and am so thrilled to have this doll in my collection. She's perfect! Fast shipping and careful packing made this a wonderful transaction.

  I am a collector, am 70, of 1960-67 or so. I bought her because she reminded me of high school, little bit mod ... had fun dressing her, so glad she will be enjoyed by you as well! Jeanne
