All parts have been rigorously tested prior to going up for sale to the public, I have wasted tons of filament making sure you get the absolute best part possible (Many broken and poor fitting designs originally.) Unlike a lot of sellers here on eBay, I have had a hand in the design of the part, I'm confident I'm selling you a great part that is equal to/better than the original. Most 3D printed sellers have found their parts on the internet and sell them unchanged. If I find a part on the internet, some of my parts are completely my own design and some are what is called a remix, I'll follow the creative common rules and let you know where you can get the original design of the part. I don't sell a single part that has zero changes for the sake of durability if I did find something on the internet. Basically, I have added something important to the design of every part I put up for sale, even if it's not 100 percent my own.

For what it is, I'm looking for another
There is a pretty large following for these on the internet. I have seen posts for people that have had problems with the wheels breaking apart and gears stripping, this has not been my case but I did already purchase new metal gears and new wheels, there may be a quality control issue but all of mine look perfect. I pulled off the gear cover too, dirt can get in and the cover just traps it, I have not had issues with it off. I do run mine without the body, frankly, it drives and jumps way better. My next one will be a A959 but I'll get bigger wheels (same vehicle underneath.) The a9x9-b's have a few upgrades, including a 540 motor, but the videos online show that those are basically uncontrollable and I have not had that problem. The truck is still very fast too, I don't regret my decision and my wife said "This is the slow one?" in a state of confusion as to how it would be considered slow lol. Anyway, plan on fixing it when it breaks, it's not a child's toy to run in the house, parts are readily available but most of them are in China and take a long time to reach the US (think a month or two.) I immediately changed the a-arms to the Helion Animus 1/18 scale ones and they were a direct fit, they were here in the US. Basically, if you're looking for a child's toy then this is not really appropriate without serious modification, but if you're looking for a backyard basher and plan on spending some money on it to make it super good, that's totally possible. The pictures show my 1/10th Traxxas on road car for a size comparison. They also show the Animus a-arms installed (the red ones.) As of writing this, I have not but plan to add a section to the website themoneypits(.) weebly(.) com and I'll eventually have pictures and videos of it/them up there.

Purchased for an a959 WLToys buggy, they fit perfectly
Liked them so much I bought a second set, for my sons WLToys a959. My a979 was a direct swap with these despite them being for the Animus. While it's unlikely I'll buy another a9x9 chassis, because I just don't need 3 of them, if I do I'll be hoping I can find a set of these for it.

It's a great basher
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I don't race, I don't plan on racing, I didn't need a racer. Many years ago I purchased the original Rustler and didn't drive it often, I ended up trading it away and had regretted it right away. I got this one and not the VXL because, frankly, I didn't need the speed of the brushless motor. It's loads of fun, I get to drive it around, jump it, roll it, and just generally don't worry about it (I did break the bumper and bought an RPM bumper, so there's that.) Traxxas parts are available darn near everywhere, for when it does break, and I'm looking forward to many more years with my new truck. I ended up buying an imax b6 charger and a Zeepower 8000mah battery, battery and charger are not included, and I get about 30 continuous minutes of run time. That's not the truck itself but it might be helpful to someone reading this review. I also have an old Speed Gems 2 17t motor that I am using, not the 12t Titan, so that may have effect on run time. It appears that the only bearings that you should get are the 8 wheel bearings, the transmission looks like it is already set up with them. The photo is it next to my 1/18 WLtoys a979, it was just a size reference.
