good wires bad application

These are nice heavy wires, and connectors. spark plug connectors too long and touch next spark plug, wires are cut generously making for a lot of extra wire and wires touching in many places. These are specifically made for mopar small block but are red instead of hemi orange. Shipping was quick and the price was reasonable. The HEI distributor wiring was terribly planned and I had wires running over the top of the distributor going to the opposite side of the motor. I guess that made the generously cut wires better suited. Custom wires would be more trouble but much more functional and clean.
