Perfect pen
This pen is definitely a must for the Dell Latitude XT3. The pressure sentivity works great and the pen works right out of the gate on Linux (OpenSUSE)

Good quality parts but the kit is missing a small vacuum housing gasket
The quality of the parts are great, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's missing one other gasket that goes where the vacuum line adapter connects to the main housing. That gasket is hard as a rock on my bike so now I need to try and locate it which is rather difficult.
To be clear: It came with everything as advertised, but the kit itself is overall incomplete.

Fixed phone right up

The only complaints I have are installing it is horrible because you have to take the phone completely apart and it doesn't come with sticky tape on the backside of the button panel which caused some difficulty when trying to close the phone.
