BEST Book Ever for IBS Sufferers
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Information for IBS sufferers in regard to diet is readily available on the internet, but the do and don't lists are conlficting if not contradictory, thus making it extremely difficult to determine how to eat in order to relieve symptoms.
As background information: I'm 51 with an entire life of stomach issues, had my glalbladder removed a few years ago, and had reached the point where lost 50lbs and become malnourished this past year simply because everything I ate was eliminated almost immediately. It was a rough ~ physically painful and emotionally taxing as my life seemed to be confined to the bathroom.
This book CHANGEd MY LIFE, and while I find none of the recipes appealing, the text provided an explanation for the condition along with a CORRECT list of foods that my body could digest and those it could not. Armed with that knowledge, I was nearly symptom free within a week, and as long as I stick to the diet I am fine. When I'm dying for pizza or a peice of greasy chicken, I allow myself once a week and know I will suffer the consequence then go right back on track by eating as the book suggests.
This book is the IBS Bible! I really cannot recommend it more!

Older but Still Golden
For the beginner: This is an older exercise tape, but its still a pretty darn good one ~ afterall I doubt the mambo, samba, and cha cha steps have changed! Don't waste your money on the new stuff 'cause this tape will teach you basic steps to these Latin dances and provided a 3 level workout in the process. Enjoy!
