  I am surprised I got such a bad experience. I ordered an item pictured an described as I needed but got the right box with wrong item. Ebay restricted my problem question to picking either cancel or return. I didn't want to do either. I just wanted the correct item. Her answer back was accusing me of lying. If she contact me I could send her a pic of what should have been in the box and actually what was. If pic goes through she will see pic on box doesn't match hers in between 2 correct ones.

  This makes no sense. The picture is exactly of what came out of the previously unopened box. Why would I want to put different items in a box? The response I gave you was “Look at the pictures. I took pictures of the packages and what was inside. I would have no reason to put a different item inside the boxes.” That was in response to your message “packages were opened, item not same as box. Total misrepresentation. Demand a refund or will report it to EBay.” Who’s accusing who of lying?
